Tarot Blog Hop: 54

Playtime: Enlightenment

If/What

Pathways:

Lighting the Way to Healing

Tools like Oracles, Runes, and Tarot are a system, many times they are one unto themselves, and learning that system can be slow going.

‘Sometimes just when you are ready to quit, it makes itself known, almost like it is testing you’. In many ways systems of divination are like living, it is trial and error, I recall that in my 2017 post, I thought similarly when it came to cookery and beauty.

Now 6 years later, I believe that we need to work, alongside the system try and test aspects to understand the good and not so good. Although, certain systems in life really do require a complete overhaul and a redo.

The 9 of Pentacles, doesn't go that far but does hint that when it comes to healing in a situation, whether between two people or between two perceptions, maybe it is best to find a middle ground and start from there.

In a sense there is a notion of mastery which comes through with the 9 of Cups, it is subtle but there, and it is something that is continued through the Wisdom of the Trees.

The language and energy of Ash from the deck is something that even now I work with, for me Mastery has nothing to do with power over others, and everything to do with power over yourself.

There will always be those that's takeway from a statement like that I have it wrong. We see it time and again throughout the world. The 'Trunchbull Syndrome' from Miltilda, I'm big your small, I'm right, your wrong, if you didn't know the reference.

Mastery in Tai Chi and Qi Gong, like in Tarot and Oracle is to look within, at your own self and learn to master your emotions, physical energy, mental conversations, and spiritual pathway. That is where true Mastery lies.

As is the normal with me, I have taken you through a somewhat different avenue for this month’s Tarot Blog Hop, keeping in with the topic but also taking you along my journey of thought at the same time.

Still as I come to the wrap up and conclusion, the World is offering up a sense of completion, but also that sense of this kind of question can never truly or fully be answered, because it is down to your individual perceptions.

Can the Tarot heal? Yes, absolutely but it is dependent on your concept of healing, can Tarot tell you if you or someone else is a good or bad (however you view that concept) person?

Yes, but only to the extent of your own knowledge. It can hint at possibilities, or areas that need work, because ultimately Tarot does not work with absolutes.

Finally, Black Elder leaves you with a thought until our Samhain Hop, find the abundance around you and within you. Seek your answers in nature, your humanity, and that which is other worldly as well.

Thanks for hopping by, and don't forget to leave a comment and visit my fellow hoppers as well.
