Jay's runs Tai Chi for All and Chair Yoga Groups throughout the Lanarkshire area, this page will help you find what's on and make a booking.

From April 19th a new Tai Chi Group opens its doors in North Lanarkshire. As space is limited, I decided to create an online booking calendar and booking page.

Through Google Diary, it is possible to check when a group is running and where. While there is no way to make a booking through the system. You can check the Jay's page social media feed for spaces.

Paying Online

The Online Booking Service has changed, online payment for Weekly Groups: Jay's Tai Chi for All, Chair Yoga for All, Tai Chi for All at Source Events and the Jay's Tai Chi at the Magekal Mystekal Market Event are now through the SumUp Web Store.

The SumUp Online Web Store makes it possible to pay for Groups and Events through the site. Please remember to check availability with me before you proceed to the Webstore.

Booking Policy

It is preferred that you give plenty of notice if you need to cancel your booking. However, circumstances change sometimes with little notice, so please make sure to let me know via text or email if this is the case.


Refunds can be organised as long as you reach out to me at least 3 days in advance.
